Looks like Polk County Florida has a sheriff like Arizona had . .

Polk County Florida Sheriff - "You kill a policeman it means no arrest...no Miranda rights... no negotiations...nothing but as many bullets as we can shoot into you...PERIOD."

POLK COUNTY FLORIDA SHERIFF, GRADY JUDD

An illegal alien, in Polk County, Florida, who got pulled over in a routine traffic stop, ended up "executing" the deputy who stopped him. The deputy was shot eight times, including once behind his right ear at close range. Another deputy was wounded and a police dog killed.

The murderer was found hiding in a wooded area. As soon as he took a shot at the SWAT team, officers opened fire on him. They hit the guy 68 times.

Naturally, the liberal media went nuts and asked why they had to shoot the poor, undocumented immigrant 68 times.

Sheriff Grady Judd told the Orlando Sentinel: "Because that's all the ammunition we had."

Now, is that just about the all-time greatest answer or what?

The Coroner also reported that the illegal alien died of natural causes. When asked by a reporter how that could be, since there were 68 bullet wounds in his body, he simply replied:
"When you are shot 68 times you are naturally gonna die."

Good answer!!

It's never a good idea to kill a cop! Make sure your insurance policies are up to date- They WILL shoot to kill!

It does save tax payer money....no trial....no support while he is in jail...etc.

Emperor of Kingwood --- 76 days ago -

What disgusting, dumb, redneck rhetoric from this Sheriff.

AwesomeTattooedDragon --- 76 days ago -

Emp, the guy executed a cop- that's the real reaction of any other cop-

Emperor of Kingwood --- 76 days ago -

I'm talking about the pre and post rhetoric of the Sheriff, not the cop(s) actually involved in the shooting.

I would expect the elected sheriff's rhetoric to uphold the Constitution and the law regardless of personal feelings.

Saturn --- 76 days ago -

This officer had been shot 8 times by the bad guy, with the officer's own gun. After wounding the officer, the bad guy then "executed" the officer with a shot behind the right ear and right temple at point blank range.

The bad guy also shot the officer's K-9 Dog, killing it, too, and he also wounded another officer.

The murdered officer was 39 and left behind a wife and 3 children.

I would be more critical of the cops for only hitting him 68 times out of the 110 rounds fired at him.

Here's the story

This isn't a liberal/conservative issue, it's a law issue. Laws were broken, people were killed in gun fights. It's a horrible shame the officer lost his life and his family will be without a husband and Father.

Scott Pruit resigns! I wonder why. E.P.A. Chief throws in the towel. Trump accepts resignation. I hope he goes to prison. I dont care why or how.

What's that got to do with this thread?.....

OrdinaryGuy --- 76 days ago -

I would like to remind everyone that the perp did fire at the swat team and they fired back in response. They just happen to be better shots than the perp.

Saturn --- 76 days ago -

He was also a known drug smuggler and allegedly murdered 15 other people before SWAT aerated his miserable existence.

OrdinaryGuy --- 76 days ago -

It did save the cost of a trial.

I would expect the elected sheriff's rhetoric to uphold the Constitution and the law regardless of personal feelings.

What the sheriff did was uphold the law. BTW...doesn't he have the Freedom of Speech. Oops, I forgot ...when the liberals don't like what's being said then it's wrong and against the constitution.

Emperor of Kingwood --- 76 days ago -

BTW...doesn't he have the Freedom of Speech. Oops, I forgot ...when the liberals don't like what's being said then it's wrong and against the constitution.

Try again. I'm as far from liberal as it gets. Yes, he has the same 1st amendment rights as everyone else on American soil that is here legally. However, the 1st amendment only applies to what the government can do to you for your rhetoric.

If you read what I said, I said nothing about him not upholding the law. What I did say was that his rhetoric was not in keeping with the tenants of the Constitution.

jackass --- 76 days ago -

Bestie is drowning int the left vs right paradigm Emp...not a single shred of objectivity.

OrdinaryGuy --- 76 days ago -

^^^^^^^^
Sure thing......

fuzz81 --- 76 days ago -

Yes, he has the same 1st amendment rights as everyone else on American soil that is here legally.

Every person, regardless of legal status has the same constitutional rights. It?s been that way for 150 years. Republicans hate the constitution.

OrdinaryGuy --- 75 days ago -

Republicans hate the constitution.?

Where is you back up for this statement?

fuzz81 --- 75 days ago -

It?s evidenced repeatedly on here. Look at the post above where bob says the 1st amendment applies to people in the US legally. That?s not what the constitution says.

Butterbean --- 75 days ago -

Are illegal aliens protected by the Constitution?

Looks like they are.

SoupIsGoodFood --- 75 days ago -

Not by all rights under the Constitution.

They don't have the right to vote.

OrdinaryGuy --- 74 days ago -

It?s evidenced repeatedly on here.

You used the term Republicans which implies all Republicans. Then you tried to wiggle by saying the ones on here say things which you then used to say "Republicans". I'm a Republican and I don't agree with what was said about the First Amendment....so I say your statement is false.

Butterbean --- 74 days ago -

Mark, you know that isn't true. Why do you post that kind of rhetoric?

OrdinaryGuy --- 73 days ago -

Mark, you know that isn't true. Why do you post that kind of rhetoric??

He just likes to stir things up by saying stupid things.

Stupid stuff like:
*Pro-birth v pro-choice. A freedom republicans try to repeal.
*Pro-Union v Pro Corporation
I could go on but explaining important things to stupid people is like talking to a box of rocks.
Yes. I spoke to a box of rocks, just to see if it were so. It is.

OrdinaryGuy --- 73 days ago -

You calling someone a box of rocks is laughable. Only you would would talk to a box of rocks. LMFAO

And because of that, Republicans hate Freedom?

That makes about as much sense as, well, a box of rocks.

Carry on Captain America ...

I'm willing to bet that aborted unborn American citizen wouldn't call it freedom.

I'm certain that the non union member forced to pay union dues wouldn't call it freedom.

jackass --- 73 days ago -

No. They hate freedom?

They don?t hate it. Like Bush jr said, freedom should have limits. They just want to determine the limits...

AwesomeTattooedDragon --- 73 days ago -

sparky's posts are limited to memes and copy and paste- when he does occasionally post something original, this is what you get.

pssst hey you, on the green belt. wanna try some edibles?

AwesomeTattooedDragon --- 72 days ago -

Thanks for proving my point! lol!

OrdinaryGuy --- 72 days ago -

I do believe the SCOTUS stopped that the other day with one of their ruling. It said that non-union gov't employees could not be forced to pay union dues when they didn't want to pay them. That concerned a case in Illinois, I believe.
