Finally. Some justice.

Cosby Guilty

WatchOut --- 115 days ago -

I hope he rots in prison.

They serve Jell-O in prison a lot I hear. They could do a whole ad campaign bringing back his Jell-O pudding pop pitchman shtick from the '80s.

jackass --- 115 days ago -

You can use your leftover pudding pop sticks as a shank...

Prolix Raconteur --- 115 days ago -

LOL

SagaciousSighFiGurl (Mod) --- 115 days ago -

I wonder if he feels any regret for violating women that way?

You really have to be hard and evil. Wonder if the little Mrs. Will bring him a file..stand by your man and all that.

DVaz --- 115 days ago -

He'll be protected in Club Fed with other high profile inmates.

Zapper009 --- 115 days ago -

Not so funny, now...

DVaz, I don't think it's federal- everything I read says state-

SagaciousSighFiGurl (Mod) --- 114 days ago -

I heard the fines are only up to 25k per offense, seems like a drop in the bucket, especially for him. He's 80 now and has been a pervert his whole adult life. He's pretty much got away with it IMO. Even if he dies in prison, he's still led a charmed life for the vast majority of it.

He should never set a foot outside of prison.

Butterbean --- 114 days ago -

I feel saddened when someone I admire falls from grace. I will hear his comic genius no more without the taint of abusive behavior.

I'm glad the victims finally came forward and claimed their right to live. I feel strongly about the rights of women to say no at any point and be respected for it.

Saturn --- 114 days ago -

I agree BB.

No woman should ever have to experience what these ladies went through.

Hopefully, Cosby will live out his last years in prison for what he did to them.

He earned it ...

My mind's eye read this as
Bill Cosby Found Dead

LMFAO

DVaz, I don't think it's federal- everything I read says state-

He's still so high profile he'll be in the most protected and cushy prison.

AwesomeTattooedDragon --- 114 days ago -

Let's hope not.

voice of reason --- 111 days ago -

ummmm, no actually he has not gotten away with it. hopefully he'll get what's coming to him in prison. i surely hope they don't coddle his 'celebrity' status.

what i don't get is this. as a celebrity he probably had access to have sex with so many without drugging him. this tells me he liked them unconscious. ugh

"The most damning evidence in Bill Cosby?s sexual assault trial was not the victim?s testimony or statements by five other women who said he had also assaulted them, a juror said on Monday. It was Mr. Cosby?s own comments.

"The juror, Harrison Snyder, said that Mr. Cosby?s remarks in a 2005 deposition ? saying that he had given sedatives to women he wanted to have sex with ? proved that he was guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his Pennsylvania home 14 years ago. That deposition was for a lawsuit filed by Ms. Constand, who had alleged he gave her three blue pills before assaulting her.

?It was his deposition, really,? Mr. Snyder, 22, the youngest of the 12 jurors, said in an interview that aired on Monday on ABC?s ?Good Morning America.? ?Mr. Cosby admitted to giving these quaaludes to women, young women, in order to have sex with them.?

So you think if he goes to jail now, with only 3 counts of the multiple counts involved over the years, at a possible 10 year max (that he prob WONT get) that that he didn?t get away with anything?? How many women aren?t getting any justice?? This is only 3 of them.

SagaciousSighFiGurl (Mod) --- 111 days ago -

Sorry, double post,

AwesomeTattooedDragon --- 111 days ago -

And I loved those damn pudding pops, too!

jackass --- 111 days ago -

3 counts of the multiple counts involved over the years, at a possible 10 year max

Each count carries a ten year max, theoretically he could get 30...His appeal won?t get the conviction overturned so he?s going to likely die in prison...

Let that sink in. Bill Cosby is going to die in prison.

It's called our legal system and this is how it works. The other accusers only "came out" after the fact. You need to go to the police and press charges if you want action.

We will see about his punishment, Ms. Oz.

SoupIsGoodFood --- 111 days ago -

BLM gonna chime in on Cosby's behalf anytime soon?

SagaciousSighFiGurl (Mod) --- 111 days ago -

" Bill Cosby is going to die in prison"

Well, he should. However I'm not convinced they'll throw the book at him now. He's 80. He's done drugging and raping women and it went on for generations. . They won't see him as a threat. I'll be shocked if he gets anywhere near the full 30 year max. And if he does, he'll be eligible for a parole I bet.

sheddy --- 110 days ago -

I will be surprised if he ever see the inside of a prison.

Miss Understanding --- 108 days ago -

She is so out of line blaming all this on his color! I call it desparate!

Camille Cosby Calls Bill Cosby?s Guilty Charge 'Mob Justice' In Startling Statement

Camille Cosby has spoken publicly for the first time since her husband Bill Cosby was found guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in a Philadelphia suburb in 2004 ? calling it ?mob justice?.

Camille Cosby, who has been married to The Cosby Show star since 1964, has gone after the Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele, the media and Cosby?s accusers in a statement that alludes to racial injustice.

?The overall media, with their frenzied, relentless demonization of him and unquestioning acceptance of accusers? allegations without any attendant proof, have superseded the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, which guarantee due process and equal protection, and thereby eliminated the possibility of a fair trial and unbiased jury. Bill Cosby was labelled as guilty because the media and accusers said so,? she said.

This comes after a jury of seven men and five women returned guilty verdicts last week on three counts of aggravated indecent assault for Cosby?s January 2004 sexual assault of Constand. Constand, a former Temple University employee, said that she lost consciousness after Cosby gave her three blue pills and a sip of wine. She came to with Cosby digitally penetrating and groping her and forcing her hand on his penis.

?In the case of Bill Cosby, unproven accusations evolved into lynch mobs, who publicly and privately coerced cancellations of Bill Cosby?s scheduled performances; syndications of The Cosby Show; rescissions of honorary degrees and a vindictive attempt to close an exhibition of our collection of African American art in the Smithsonian Museum of African Art,? Camille Cosby added.

She accused the district attorney?s office of an ?unethical campaign? to destroy her husband and has called for a criminal investigation of ?that district attorney and his cohorts.?

She evoked the trials of Emmett Till in 1955 and Darryl Hunt in 1994 in the near 1,000-word rant.

?How much longer will we, the majority of the people, tolerate judicial, executive, legislative, media and corporate abuses of power? We, the majority of the people, must make America what it has declared itself to be?. a democracy?not to be destroyed by vicious, lying, self-absorbed paradigms of evilness. Once again, an innocent person has been found guilty based on an unthinking, unquestioning, unconstitutional frenzy propagated by the media and allowed to play out in a supposed court of law? This is mob justice, not real justice.?

Poor Camille... the woman needs help...she can't let go...she needs to let go! Get therapy...cry, get mad, apologize to her fellow women... whatever she has to do to get right or she is not going to have any quality of life left over from this horrible man she has tied herself to for so many years.

Bill Cosby has also let down all those parents that told their kids to listen to his, "Pull up your pants, clean up your diction, and get an education" spiel. He held himself up as a role model knowing in his heart he had no room to speak :(

He was so arrogant and callous in the way he conducted his "life business".
