Texas Girls Wrestling

SoupIsGoodFood --- 5 years ago -

LOL. Utter nonsense, this "transgender" BS.

whatchamacallit --- 5 years ago -

So stupid.

FANCY PANTS --- 5 years ago -

Yeah, stupid!!!

fuzz81 --- 5 years ago -

So you're saying he should have competed in the men's competition?

SoupIsGoodFood --- 5 years ago -

Not a he. She is a she.

DVaz --- 5 years ago -

Fuzz, if she's on testosterone she shouldn't have been able to compete with either the boys or girls. No pro sports or certainly not the Olympics allows it so why a school?

fuzz81 --- 5 years ago -

Because it's a public school, not pro sports.

So again, what team should he play on?

SoupIsGoodFood --- 5 years ago -

Not a he. She is a she. Always will be.

sheddy --- 5 years ago -

The paper said that if she was taking the drugs under a doctor's orders it was legal for her to play as a woman. The kid was wrestling where they were making her wrestle. Personally, I think she should have not wrestled if they would let her wrestle as a man.

JustWatching --- 5 years ago -

I see fuzz ia agitating people again. You are right...that person was born a girl and will always be one regardless of how she dresses. One thing she can't get around are the chromosomes she carries (female) regardless of how she looks.

SoupIsGoodFood --- 5 years ago -

Fuzz must really have bought into all that transgender mumbo jumbo.

fuzz81 --- 5 years ago -

You can't answer a simple question: which competition should this person be competing in?

JustWatching --- 5 years ago -

I'll answer that....none.... because of the drugs she is taking probably gave her an unfair advantage.

DVaz --- 5 years ago -

Because it's a public school,

%99 of sports are open to the public if you can perform at that level and follow the rules (which SHE didn't, nor can't). End of discussion. Keep worshiping your new hero on FAKE NEWS.

fuzz81 --- 5 years ago -

Why are you freaking out and yelling?

Triggered much?

JustWatching --- 5 years ago -

I don't see anybody freaking out or yelling. What I see is you, fuzz, making a controversial statement and then you see if anybody takes the bait. Notice when I answered your question you ignored my answer.

fuzz81 --- 5 years ago -

What was my initial controversial statement? This thread was created to be controversial, and I didn't start it.

So you're saying he should have competed in the men's competition??

Right there.

fuzz81 --- 5 years ago -

That was a basic question, completely pertinent to the topic of this thread.

If you felt that was contentious, then it bothers you personally because it's a tough question for you to answer with any sound logic.

SoupIsGoodFood --- 5 years ago -

She should wrestle with the other "shes".

fuzz81 --- 5 years ago -

Then why are your knickers in a knot? He competed and won in the girls competition, which is exactly what you want.

SoupIsGoodFood --- 5 years ago -

Not a he. She is a she.

fuzz81 --- 5 years ago -

He was competing with she's, yes.

SoupIsGoodFood --- 5 years ago -

No. Not a he. She is a female. Always has been. Always will be.

SoupIsGoodFood --- 5 years ago -

I think you are confused, fuzzy. Maybe you missed this part of the story:

"For more than a year, Mack Beggs, who was born a girl, has been transitioning with the help of a testosterone therapy regimen."

fuzz81 --- 5 years ago -

So then why is this news? He wrestled with the girls, which is what you think is correct. So move on.

SoupIsGoodFood --- 5 years ago -

No idea. More ignorant sensationalism of this transgender BS, I guess.

But for the record. It's a she, not a he.

Why do you keep referring to her as a "he"?

fuzz81 --- 5 years ago -

Look at all the republican anger

SoupIsGoodFood --- 5 years ago -

Sure thing. LOL

You always this confused about boys and girls?

needsleep --- 5 years ago -

Why is there a birth certificate requirement to establish gender participation? ( I have my suspicions to why)Why is hormone/ steroid ok if performed by a physician? In this particular case is it an elective procedure? Why is it ok? Another article mentions Mack wants the UIL to follow NCAA rules for transgender athletes. If Texas schools have student athletes who will contend with the NCAA rules the UIL must also have similar pathways otherwise we have these loop holes.

Performance enhancing drugs are okay for everyone in high school athletics now?

fuzz81 --- 5 years ago -

Was he disqualified? Guess that answers your question.

fuzz81 --- 5 years ago -

If only eating paint chips and sniffing glue were performance enhancing, JW/Quinn/booboo/turd pirate would be a rockstar

them --- 5 years ago -

So you're saying it's okay for some kids to take performance enhancing drugs while other cannot?

SoupIsGoodFood --- 5 years ago -

There is no "he" in this story.

Are you seriously this confused about this story?

needsleep --- 5 years ago -

If Texas High Schools followed/implemented the same rules as the NCAA would this even be a problem? I don't think it was fair for the other female wrestlers, BUT this may have been the only way to get the ball rolling to make it fair?

fuzz81 --- 5 years ago -

Yes. He should have been competing with boys.

Now wait for the confused republicans to freak out in fear about where he changes and pees.

them --- 5 years ago -

The democrats are so focused on these fringe issues that they'll continue to keep losing and losing badly.

fuzz81 --- 5 years ago -

In fact it's the republicans concerned with these issues.

You're too blind to see that.
