Judas --- 7 years ago -

Ura - that is a "fake meme" he doesn't look anything like that !!!

Head from 50 years ago when he was 20. Body from never since he never buttons his suit or wears ties of any color but red and blue.

Butterbean --- 7 years ago -

So far, it's four guys and one gal where nothing was discussed. What's next? Maybe a small pony?

Wait. That's another thread.

AMDG --- 7 years ago -

So far, it's four guys and one gal where nothing was discussed.

So a very savvy soviet lawyer and a former Russian intelligence officer - did a bait and switch on a presidential campaign, baiting with "official government documents" to switch into talks on adoptions.

Does this really sound feasible to anyone ???

In the world of alternative facts it does...

Butterbean --- 7 years ago -

It's a fake elephant.

Judas --- 7 years ago -

More like a fake president.

Butterbean --- 7 years ago -

So far it's up to 7 people in the room, and documents were left with DJT,Jr.

What's next?

JustWatching --- 7 years ago -

You guys are going to be so disappointed when this amounts to nothing. LMFAO

Butterbean --- 7 years ago -

Drip, drip, drip...

JustWatching --- 7 years ago -

Still...you guys are going to be so disappointed. I might mention that Pres Trump didn't have anything to do with it. Once again, you are going to be so disappointed. LOL

"Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored." - Aldous Huxley

JustWatching --- 7 years ago -

I agree...but when the facts on this nothing meeting come out the left will look like fools AGAIN. LOL The left is always trying to make something out of nothing. Once again, if it's so bad to meet with a foreign gov't where is the outrage over what HRC did? The old double standard is really at work now.

DVaz --- 7 years ago -

The straws are almost gone, liberals.

Butterbean --- 7 years ago -

There seems to be a never ending supply of straws.

Drip, drip, drip...

JustWatching --- 7 years ago -

Once again....there is nothing here. You only hope there is. You should be prepared to be disappointed again. LOL

Tryingto --- 7 years ago -

There is an e-mail chain showing the president's campaign went to meet with Russians to get dirt....it's already in black and white. I see boldfaced lying and a willingness to work with an enemy power to subvert the electoral process...and what are you seeing...?

What about closing the borders and strengthening security?

jackass --- 7 years ago -

what are you seeing...?

DJT,Jr was a private citizen? The Trump campaign fund is paying for his lawyers?

Another straw:

The people on the campaign were in the meeting. Shouldn't they all take the fall for all being involved? Why would you send three high level executives to a meeting that had no likelihood of producing results? These are people who make a jillion dollars an hour, and you're gonna waste an hour on a nothing meeting? Don't buy it.

Hello..wouldn't one of them say, "getting in bed with foreign governments when you're running for government is against rules, unethical, opens up the possibility of being blackmailed..."

JustWatching --- 7 years ago -

I can't wait to hear about this meeting. Junior should testify ASAP. That will really put the democrats out of their misery. LOL

sdanielmcev --- 7 years ago -

You mind showing the law that was broken? I'll wait.

Emperor of Kingwood --- 7 years ago -

There is no violation of federal election law.

AMDG --- 7 years ago -

You mind showing the law that was broken? I'll wait.

Setting the bar a little low don't ya think. Is that where we are now ?

He still - in his own words - admitted to taking a meeting, along with active members of the campaign - with what he believed to be an official of the Russian government - to receive official documents from the Russian government -

And that you, and others, see nothing wrong with that - is to many of us - quite amazing and unbelievable.

Emperor of Kingwood --- 7 years ago -

"getting in bed with foreign governments when you're running for government is against rules, unethical, opens up the possibility of being blackmailed..."

A bit hyperbolic wouldn't you say? First of all he wasn't approached by the Russian government. Second, what he did is not against any election law.

work with an enemy power to subvert the electoral process...

Where is the subversion?

fuzz81 --- 7 years ago -

Second, what he did is not against any election law.

Yes it is.

Tryingto --- 7 years ago -

Not my opinion, it's why the AG Trump fired testified to the committee about why they were concerned about Flynn and, and his foreign relationships, and his lack of disclosure and future repercussions. Why do you think they make them fill out all those security forms? They are looking for people open to be influenced.

She was a foreign national (against the law in itself) portraying herself as an official.

Making Russia Great Again? Or, or you going to hold Trump to his nationalist running slogan? Gimme a break.

work with an enemy power to subvert the electoral process...

If you are getting dirt derived from a foreign national....he's avoiding the election process, which expressly states you can't.

Emperor of Kingwood --- 7 years ago -

Which CFR does that violate for a private citizen?

Against what law?

Where did you get your law degree?

JustWatching --- 7 years ago -

Once again...she lied to get him to take the meeting. She gave him nothing. He did nothing with the info from the meeting. There is no "there" there.

Here is Junior's comment about the email chain:

"Comment posted by Donald Trump Jr. on Twitter on July 11, 2017
To everyone, in order to be totally transparent, I am releasing the entire email chain of my emails with Rob Goldstone about the meeting on June 9, 2016. The first email on June 3, 2016 was from Rob, who was relating a request from Emin, a person I knew from the 2013 Ms. Universe Pageant near Moscow. Emin and his father have a very highly respected company in Moscow. The information they suggested they had about Hillary Clinton I thought was Political Opposition Research. I first wanted to just have a phone call but when that didn't work out, they said the woman would be in New York and asked if I would meet. I decided to take the meeting. The woman, as she has said publicly, was not a government official. And, as we have said, she had no information to provide and wanted to talk about adoption policy and the Magnitsky Act. To put this in context, this occurred before the current Russian fever was in vogue. As Rob Goldstone said just today in the press, the entire meeting was ?the most inane nonsense l ever heard. And I was actually agitated by it."

JustWatching --- 7 years ago -

^^^^^^^^^^
So, exactly what Russian gov't official, what official documents...exactly what did Junior do that was illegal?

JustWatching --- 7 years ago -

BTW...is the left looking at all the democrats she met with while she was in the US. Maybe they were colluding with her too.

Butterbean --- 7 years ago -

Actually 8 people in the room now. What's next?

Drip, drip, drip...
