A little political history of the board: the original makeup was mostly conservative. About 10 years ago a bunch of liberals joined. There was never much debate. Mostly it was the majority conservatives piling on the liberals. At the time, there was a feature where members could ice others, for no reason. You can imagine how that played out.

When there got to be more than 6 (I think) liberals, conservatives started getting iced too, because it took a certain number of members to agree that someone had crossed the line. Woe unto them. They didn't like it when the tables turned, and complained so much, the owners of the site took away the ice button. (He and his brother are conservatives too.)

That brings us up to the present. I don't think much has changed since the beginning. It's always been a hella mess. 

There are probably 15 active users here. 10 of them are all about politics.

Sorry, old English grammar rules no longer apply in the modern world. It's actually funny you mention grammar with me. My lowest grade was 99 because I didn't do some homework.

A percentage sign isn't grammar. It's more punctuation, but really just an abbreviation symbol.
