Mueller did not convene a grand jury.

Period.

His powers expand beyond that of a grand jury to begin with....he doesn't need one.

He is utilizing one that was already active in Virginia. He is issuing subpoenas through this already sitting grand jury.

Mueller begin issuing subpoenas for documents through this grand jury months ago in the Flynn case. To this point, the subpoenas have been for documents only, and only for documents related to the Flynn case.

There is absolutely zero confirmation that any of the subpoenas were issued in regard to the Mueller investigation of Russian collusion or any one on Trumps campaign staff.

Again...he doesn't need a grand jury to subpoena anyone or anything. He is using this grand jury because they were already investigating the Flynn case.

So....as usual with VOR....move along. Nothing to see here.

You may confer with an attorney after each question, though the attorney cannot be in the room. There is nothing secret outside of the room. You may tell any and all about your testimony. Grand juries rarely subpoena the possible defendant, unless they are giving relevant facts about other possible defendants.

Impeachment doesn't lead to prosecution...only removal from office. I thought you liked that Trump was in because the stock market is up. 

It's not about trump, I'm speaking of the process. The president can be impeached, by the house, removed from office by the Senate and then prosecuted by the dept of justice. As unlikely as it seems, an impeached president can go to prison. Nixon came the closest so far...question is, do you think Mike Pence would pardon Donald Trump if it came down to it?

Probably the oddest thing here is, there is no outrage from the left that their own liberal-biased media is feeding them misinformation. It is all well and good to pro or con on any political issue, but if the source of your information is detrimental to your position, you're just being sheep led to the slaughter.
