Yep, they got caught just like CNN. So Fox had to retract a story while CNN fired (excuse me, they resigned) people because of a story.

Nope...they made a mistake and the retraction punished them But CNN has had multiple things retracted, so that's the difference. The liberals are usually pretty blind to anyone else's viewpoint.

Hannity is an Opinion/Editorial show. I don't think most people consider him an objective, unbiased news outlet. Sort of like Rachel Maddow on MSNBC. Just sayin'...

I agree Prolix - that is a big issue. People need to be clearer on what they call news.

Most of the 24hr "news" stations are 99 pct opinion - from both sides. They are entertainment - not news. And they draw more audience by playing hard to their bases and the more outrageous the better. However the evening news should report stories accurately and without prejudiced, unless it is specifically said that the following is Op- Ed

Same thing with print media - most can not understand the difference between the news pages and the op-ed. They lump them both together. Their is nothing wrong with a newspaper having an opinion - It just should not influence the news pages.

Sure you will disagree - but that is the way I read the way the NY Times is handling it. But the op-ed gets social media headlines, and the news stories are not being read.

Newspapers with some level of jounalistic intergirty can easily do both. Not sure as many of the audiance these days understands this concept.

Fox News did not retract the Seth Rich story. (See how easy it is to show you post fake news?) They stopped running it at the behest of Seth Rich's family.
Please, if you can, show us the retraction. Nah, you'll just run away. Again.
