We lived in El Paso back when Juarez was considered their Sister City. It was wonderful to be able to go freely across the bridge to enjoy a safe Mexico. Both cities freely enjoyed each others' restaurants, entertainment, shopping, education and services. I know things have changed now. But I don't see why things can never be good again? A wall certainly wouldn't help to make things better.
