I just want to say that even tho we were KU friends, I wish I'd known her better. I did have the pleasure of seeing and talking with her when her DH was so sick.

She was keeping his business going, running the household and family as well as the business at that time. She was tired but very upbeat and positive.

I love a woman with that kind of spirit and faith. She was a treasure and she put everything she had into everything she did.

She will be sorely missed.

it's so hard to wrap one's mind around a 31 yr old girl who was just on KU in the past couple of weeks-I don't really believe it yet, but I know it's true- RIP, sweet girl.

There are so many pictures on her obituary page and they look so happy in all of them. Those poor babies are without their mom at such a young age. 

you can go on the obit, and sign the guest list, and make a statement- for her family's sake- to show how many people have had their lives touched by her sweetness-

Obituary 

Opening my first post today to such sadness. KU has lost one of their own. Heartfelt wishes to the family. Sad. Rest in Peace, Lillabeth. 

Guys, we have to do something for that family. I've always read that the first 3 weeks, people are really involved and helping, but after that 3 weeks has gone by, the family is left with their grief. Maybe we could plan to be there week 4. Bring something for her sweet kids, and maybe some meals for the father. I don't know, hopefully we can come up with some ideas to show that we loved her, but we have to do something. 

maybe thy can set up a paypal account for donations- I'm sure money would be needed- 

maybe Mabs, or someone else could be the person to drop off, too-

I'm so sorry for the families loss! My thoughts and prayers go to them and to those here who knew her also.. 

Lillabeth was smart and funny and had a good eye for a bargain! She loved her family and wasn't afraid of anyone or anything.

I loved her spunk and attitude! And she would help anyone in need...she had a huge heart!

When I was trying to find a ring, she gave me best advice and told me where to go, how to judge the stones...I would send her pics to get her opinion...lol.

Our KU relationship started out a bit rocky....we didn't see eye to eye on much, and me and 4zmom would go head to head with her...it was pretty funny. .BUT, over time, Elizabeth and I realized we had a lot more in common than differences and we became friends. :)

I am very grateful for the small chunk of time I had to know her. She was a wonderful human being in so many ways and I'm really going to miss her.

So well stated. Those close to her, I am sure, know the circumstances but I completely respect the family and their privacy. Out of that respect, no more needs to be known than what has been shared.
