The current board of the Humble ISD has been fiscally responsible. No need to have liberal activists on the board that will do nothing but ruin our schools.

Humble ISD is running pretty well. No need to ruin it with a liberal and an agenda. Here is the problem with her and the other liberals running for the bored. Because they don't understand finances and budgets, they will get bored with that aspect of the job and try to implement loony liberal programs that never, ever work.

What is wrong with having one or two liberals on the board? Are the Republicans so weak that a few school board meetings with two or three liberals will turn them into liberals as well? You're crazy. This community is not 100% Republican or is 100% white. The school board should be representative of the makeup of the community.

I must agree, it happens to every institution, they get majority control of it and run it into the ground. That goes all the way to the federal level. Just open your eyes look

Look closer to home. The Houston ISD is perfect example. They continue to run failing schools, they spent over a million dollars they did not have on changing school names. Their only answer is to hire more administrators and staff to solve problems. 

This community is not 100% Republican or is 100% white.

Neither is the current Humble ISD board. They are doing a fine job managing growth of schools and using our tax dollars wisely in building new schools. They are running like a business, not as a place to try out social experiments.
