Judas --- 129 days ago -

Sessions said any suggestion he was involved in collusion with the Russians is an ?appalling and detestable lie.' But the man still believes in segregation and refers to it as the War of Northern Aggression. He also flies his confederate freak flag high.

SoupIsGoodFood --- 129 days ago -

Found your bogeyman.

AMDG --- 129 days ago -

I am really starting to dislike politicians more and more.

so with each senator having the same limited amount of time. AG Sessions answers the democratic senators in long, rambling, meaningless, and time consuming responses - with the so obviously reason to eat into their time. Leaving the senators with continued attempts to stop him so they can try to actually ask another question.

SoupIsGoodFood --- 129 days ago -

Is this something that is only bothersome to you now?

Judas --- 129 days ago -

Said by someone who helped draft Clinton's impeachment articles- "Clinton was impeached for charges less serious than the ones before us now."

I am all for waterboarding Sessions to get proper coherent answers. What is it about Republicans and coherency these days? Jesus.

SoupIsGoodFood --- 129 days ago -

coherency these days?

Judy...... meet Nancy Pelosi.

So, we can all agree that word salad space fillers are not acceptable answers from a politician. Maybe the voters will take this into consideration on all sides in the next election.

See, there is common ground.

lol

Butterbean --- 128 days ago -

So far the hearing is a non event.

whatchamacallit --- 128 days ago -

Boring nothing burger, again, just like Comey, but at least Sessions is not a wimp.

the Markster --- 128 days ago -

at least Sessions is not a wimp.

No he isnt. He took that woodshed visit like a good boy.

Really...I sure thought perjury was pretty bad.

There was nothing there because there is nothing. No collusion...no anything. The intelligence agencies have been investigating for 11 months and have found NOTHING. The committees have been investigating for 6 months and have found NOTHING (except more stuff the Obama administration had done). Why are we still investigating?

fuzz81 --- 128 days ago -

Uh. Flynn.

fuzz81 --- 128 days ago -

Investigation has barely started

JustWatching --- 128 days ago -

Uh. Flynn.?

You mean the illegal act to unmask his name?

Investigation has barely started

Really after almost a year and they are just barely starting. You backed a loser before so I guess you are used to losing. This is nothing more than a political witch hunt which is going to turn up nothing.

Tick tock

sdanielmcev --- 128 days ago -

The Dems didn't want answers. They wanted a hanging.

sdanielmcev --- 128 days ago -

Sessions said any suggestion he was involved in collusion with the Russians is an ?appalling and detestable lie.' But the man still believes in segregation and refers to it as the War of Northern Aggression[/i]

Please explain how one has to do with another.
The desperation continues.

Prolix Raconteur --- 128 days ago -

The less apoplectic of the democrat persuasion are quite convinced this fruitless witch hunt will hurt them badly in the mid terms. Middle America doesn't give a crap about this ongoing melodramatic Russian nonsense; they care about their paycheck and their mortgage payment and moving forward. Unfortunately, those rational democrats are being drowned out by the attention starved drama queens in their own party. Seems the DNC didn't learn a thing in '16. They'll pay in 2018 when all they have is "...but Russia!"

sdanielmcev --- 128 days ago -

Sessions did a few of these panels from the other side. Asking the same question over and over again, meant they wanted a specific answer. Kind of like asking a kicker how to hit a home run. My sister, a hardcore liberal, was even embarrassed.

witchywoman --- 128 days ago -

Everyone should be embarrassed at what's going on in DC; every bit of it. Both sides. No one in DC is working for the American people as a whole and the sooner that America unites and stands up against them all, the better.

Couple of things - I don't think Gen Sessions actively colluded with the Russians.

my point above - was just a frustration with the tactic - watching all these positions, on both sides yesterday dodge, jab, rant, filibuster, was annoying.

AMDG --- 128 days ago -

sorry - "politicians" not "positions" above

JustWatching --- 128 days ago -

"Gen Sessions"???

Emperor of Kingwood --- 128 days ago -

"Gen Sessions"???

He means Attorney General...AG.

AMDG --- 128 days ago -

believe it is correct to address him as "general" - could be wrong

Emperor of Kingwood --- 128 days ago -

No, it is correct.

You used this before and where did it get you....nowhere.

JustWatching --- 128 days ago -

Actually "General" is the old way and is not used much because of the generals we have in the services. "The Honorable....." is used more often.

Judas --- 128 days ago -

Sessions at bat. Two strikes against him.

Premonition or what.

Prolix Raconteur --- 128 days ago -

Definitely "or what".

Judas --- 128 days ago -

I am the visionary you can only dream about becoming.

Prolix Raconteur --- 128 days ago -

Pulled out the old Jethro Tull LP's, did ya?

Judas --- 128 days ago -

Apparently you're older than me.

Judas --- 128 days ago -

'Jeff Sessions wilts on the hot seat' headline I just read. Contrast with Comey was striking.

You must admit he came across as a total nervous, doofus, either out of touch with reality or just a total obvuscator.
